Head of Mission Grants Audience to Chairman and CEO of CIAN

Mr. Etienne Giros, President of the French Council of Investors in Africa (CIAN) paid a courtesy call on the Head of Mission, H.E. Mavis Ama Frimpong, to inform of the upcoming Cian Forum: Investing in Africa, scheduled for April 2026 under the theme Africa: Strategy 2030.

The French Council of Investors in Africa (CIAN), is an association bringing together over 150 French businesses in Africa. The Forum is one of the leading economic events in Paris dedicated to Africa. The event aims to promote a positive and dynamic vision of the African Continent while addressing its challenges, and the continent's ability to use its strong assets to secure its future and negotiate new alliances with its partners particularly in Europe and other continents will be underscored.

Discussions held centred on the importance of networking to promote private sector investments in the creation of wealth to battle poverty in favour of development.

Mr. Etienne Giros was accompanied by Madam Sandrine Sorieul the Chief Executive Officer.
