In a move to celebrate Ghanaian innovation in the diaspora, the Ambassador, H.E. Mavis Ama Frimpong, recently held a meeting with the founders of Ginger Flame, a wholly Ghanaian-owned company making significant strides in the French beverage market.
The Ambassador met with Madam Winnifred P. Dunyoh and her husband, Daniel Atrikpey, the business owners, at the chancery to discuss the impressive trajectory of their brand, established in 2021 as a result of Madam Winnifred's passion for Ghanaian gastronomy.
The conversations highlighted products from their collection which offer exceptional taste without compromising on health. This unique flavour profile has propelled the brand into the kitchens of top Belgian and French chefs, where it is used to enhance culinary creations.
The Ambassador expressed immense pride that a Ghanaian-owned business is not only supplying to major French supermarkets such as Auchan and Carrefour but is also setting new standards in health and gastronomy. She offered strong words of encouragement, reaffirming the Mission's commitment to supporting such a visionary enterprise.
