The Embassy of the Republic of Ghana has the honour to inform that the Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA) under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, is organising the maiden international crafts show, dubbed “Adinkra International Arts & Crafts Show” to be held from 10th to 15th October, 2023, at the Papaye Recreational Village in Aburi in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

The Crafts Show, which is under the theme “Forging Collaborative Partnerships for the Promotion of African Art and Crafts”, is expected to bring together exhibitors, buyers, investors, researchers and the Diaspora to participate in business and cultural activities.

The Embassy further has the honour to inform that the Ghana Crafts Show is aimed at generating the following results:

Generating business partnerships;

Discovering new and differentiated products;

Signing new investment deals and agreements;

Securing orders by exhibitors;

Providing insights into market and product trends;

Positioning Ghana and Africa as product sourcing enclave;

The Embassy wishes to seek the assistance of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic in disseminating this information to the competent French authorities in the business sector as well as other interested individuals and organisations for their participation.

L'Ambassade de la République du Ghana a l'honneur d’informer que la Ghana Export Promotion Authority (GEPA), sous les auspices du Ministère du Commerce et de l'Industrie, organise le premier salon international de l'artisanat, baptisé The Adinkra International Arts & Crafts Show, qui se tiendra du 10 au 15 octobre 2023, dans le Papaye Recreational Village, en Aburi, dans la région est du Ghana.

Le salon de l'artisanat, qui a pour thème "Forger des partenariats de collaboration pour la promotion de l'art et de l'artisanat africains", devrait rassembler des exposants, des acheteurs, des investisseurs, des chercheurs et la diaspora pour participer à des activités commerciales et culturelles.

L'Ambassade a également l'honneur d'informer que The Ghana Crafts Show vise à générer les résultats suivants :

Créer des partenariats commerciaux ;

Découverte de produits nouveaux et différenciés ;

Signer de nouveaux accords d'investissement ;

L'obtention de commandes par les exposants ;

Fournir des informations sur les tendances du marché et des produits ; et

Définir le Ghana et l'Afrique en tant qu'un lieu d'approvisionnement en produits.
